Job Description:

Grand Villa of Englewood is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Director to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for serving seniors and making a positive impact in their lives. The Memory Care Director will provide overall leadership and management of the Memory Care Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, develop, and lead the operations of the Memory Care Department.

- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, as well as Grand Villa's standards and guidelines.

- Foster a caring and supportive environment for residents with dementia and their families.

- Collaborate with staff to implement individualized care plans for residents.

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents.

- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills in memory care.

- Engage with families and the community to promote awareness and understanding of dementia care.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.

- Experience in geriatrics, specifically with dementia patients.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in memory care.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
