You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Compensation:

$75,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Show a track record of real estate success
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation.
• Proven track record of successfully closing real estate transactions and managing documentation.
• Familiarity with the Orlando, FL housing market and local real estate trends.
• Strong negotiation skills to act as an intermediary between buyers and listing agents.
