Licensed Showing Agent – Residential Real Estate Firm - Part-Time | Immediate Hire
We are a boutique residential real estate brokerage seeking a Licensed Showing Agent to assist our Broker with showing appointments and client coordination. This is a great opportunity for licensed agents looking to gain valuable experience, earn immediate income, and grow their career alongside an established, high-performing team.
Languages Needed:
- Russian, Spanish, or French fluency is a plus.
- English fluency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct property showings on behalf of the Broker
- Assist in setting up, confirming, and managing showing appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients, listing agents, and team members
- Follow up on all showings and provide timely feedback
- Ensure a seamless, concierge-level showing experience for clients
- Represent the brokerage with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License (Required to meet MLS and showing requirements)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage a flexible schedule
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and MLS systems
Compensation:
- $20 per showing appointment
- Bonus opportunities are paid quarterly at closing.

Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License and MLS Access (Required)
- Fluent in Russian or Spanish (Required); English fluency a must
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Energetic, positive, and professional in both attitude and appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and connect with a variety of client personalities
- Enthusiastic with a true passion for delivering excellent client experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to set, confirm, and close appointments professionally
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls; strong follow-up and phone skills are essential
- Learning-based and highly coachable, open to new systems, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and use real estate-specific CRM systems and lead management tools
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving to and from showings
- Ability to listen carefully, assess client needs and preferences, and match them effectively to available properties
