We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our growing construction team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Project Manager in all phases of the project lifecycle
• Manage and track project documentation (submittals, RFIs, contracts, change orders, closeout docs, etc.)
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and site visits
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
• Help monitor budgets, schedules, and progress of work
• Assist with permitting and inspections

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant construction industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
• Computer proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel, Procore, MS Project
