About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of home health nursing services.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in home health care.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and quality assurance reviews.
- Manage staffing schedules and coordinate patient assignments effectively.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current CPR certification and BLS training.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
