About the Role

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist in the treatment of patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!)

Salary: $27.51/hr. – $29.33/hr.

Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33415

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by the physical therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

• PTA License (FL State)
• BLS Certificate
• Minimum 6 months of PTA experience required

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
