Job DescriptionNurse Practitioner Openings – Trade Humidity for High Desert BalanceLocation: New MexicoEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout ClientOur client operates in multiple outpatient and specialty clinics throughout New Mexico, providing opportunities across Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Ortho (First Assist), Wound Care, Neurology, and Endocrinology. Enjoy independence, clinical variety, and better work-life balance without drowning in Florida's NP oversaturation.Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110K–$140K depending on experience and specialty
  • Starting Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000
  • Shift: Flexible – Monday through Friday preferred, with some 3x10s, 4x12s, or rotating weekends
  • Benefits Package:
    • 29 Days PTO
    • CME ($3,500 + 5 days)
    • Full medical, dental, vision Day 1

  • Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions in outpatient settings
  • Deliver urgent care and emergency response when needed

  • Educate patients on conditions, meds, recovery, and wellness

Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing
  • Active NP license in NM (or compact eligible)
  • DEA certification (if applicable)
  • 1–3+ years in relevant clinical experience

Ideal Qualifications

  • Comfortable with both urban and rural care environments
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience in multi-specialty or high-volume clinics
