GL Staffing is currently hiring for a Research Scientist. The Research Scientist is responsible for analytical method development and validation with a primary focus on HPLC. This role works independently to develop, troubleshoot, and validate analytical methods while collaborating cross-functionally to support R&amp;D programs
 
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Salary: 65k -70k a year
 
Key Responsibilities: Research Scientist
<ul>
<li>Develop, optimize, and validate HPLC analytical methods</li>
<li>Author method development and validation documentation in accordance with FDA, ICH, and internal SOPs</li>
<li>Perform analytical testing for research and stability samples</li>
<li>Troubleshoot analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation</li>
<li>Maintain cGMP-compliant laboratory documentation</li>
<li>Support implementation of new analytical technologies (e.g., UPLC, LC-MS, GC, FTIR)</li>
<li>Train and mentor technicians and junior scientists</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>MS or PhD in Chemistry or related field, or BS with 3–5+ years of relevant analytical experience</li>
<li>Strong experience in HPLC method development and validation</li>
<li>Knowledge of GMPs, FDA expectations, and ICH guidelines</li>
