Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, specifically focusing on luxury and custom homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, managing subcontractors, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site for luxury and custom homes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise on the job site in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with luxury and custom homes.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
