Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure timely and efficient completion in the high end restaurant space. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards and have significant expeience building this product type.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate activities of subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals.
- Manage project schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry and the luxury restaurant space.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
