Are you a skilled litigator looking for an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes cases? We're seeking a Full-Time Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join a dynamic Trial & Defense team in Miami.
In this role, you'll handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including general liability, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, construction, automotive accidents, property damage, and complex product liability claims. You'll gain hands-on experience and sharpen your litigation skills alongside experienced attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Engage directly with clients and provide case status updates
Interview clients and eyewitnesses to build strong defenses
What We're Looking For:
Admitted to practice in Florida
Strong academic background
Exceptional research, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems quickly
