<p>A great multispecialty group practice based out of Palm Beach County is seeking a primary care physician to join their team.</p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li>
<li>&nbsp;Hours are Mon-Friday 8-5pm, no weekends</li>
<li>100% outpatient primary care</li>
<li>Mostly seeing adult patients, ages 18+</li>
<li>Call schedule after hours, rotated amongst providers&nbsp;</li>
<li>15-20ppd</li>
<li>Enrolled in Medicare is a plus</li>
<li>Seeing patients with common ailments such as headaches, back pain, respiratory and urinary infections</li>
<li>&nbsp;Experience managing chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity</li>
<li>&nbsp;2 APRN and 1 other physician on site</li>
<li>Shared call schedule; by phone</li>
<li>EMR: Athena</li>
