Job DescriptionAttorney - Personal Injury Established (10+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Personal Injury Attorneys in Fort Lauderdale, FLAn established firm based in Fort Lauderdale with over 10 years in practice is seeking a 3 Personal Injury Attorneys to join their team onsite. This group is looking to add a Litigation Associate (2+ years), Pre-Litigation Associate, and a Senior Trial Attorney (10+ years and first chair experience). Candidates will have experience with personal injury matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters- with Senior Attorney's needing extensive experience. Offer:
Associate Attorney Salary range: $95,000-$160,000, contingent on experience.Senior Trial Attorney Salary range: The Senior will be highly compensated and salary discussions would be discussed directly with the Managing Partner. Senior Attorneys are also able to access Draws.Highly competitive and lucrative Bonus/Commissions Program

All candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in Florida. The ideal Litigation and/or Pre-Litigation Associate candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation. The ideal Senior Trial Attorney candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation and have extensive First Chair Trial experience.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a commitment to client service and teamwork. Responsibilities:
The attorney will screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses. They will manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy. The role includes drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, negotiating with insurance companies, and preparing for mediations and settlement discussions. The attorney will conduct witness interviews and depositions, prepare clients for depositions, and provide legal counsel throughout the litigation process. They will assist with trial preparation and representation as needed and collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results-driven litigation.
