About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of construction—from pre-planning to closeout—ensuring successful execution, coordination, and communication every step of the way. You’ll work closely with a team of subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and owners to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead construction projects from start to finish

  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets

  • Coordinate with onsite staff, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and local officials

  • Track and manage progress, change orders, and cost controls

  • Ensure quality workmanship aligns with plans and specifications

  • Promote a safe, efficient, and productive job site

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (5+ years of relevant experience may substitute for degree)

  • 5–10 years of experience managing construction projects

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and team

  • Skilled in construction software (Procore experience is a plus!)
