Job DescriptionSalary: $70,000 - $76,750/year
The Plant Engineer is the on-the-floor resource ensuring smooth and efficient fabrication operations.This person will master machine operation, oversee performance, andleadany troubleshooting and maintenance efforts.The Plant Engineeris responsible forplanning, organizing, and driving execution to keep production on schedule and at the projected pace.
Werelooking for an individual whowill follow job plans and proactively manageworkflowto avoid delays. The ideal candidate is ahigh-energy problem solver who thrives on structure, precision, and collaborationto keepthe team aligned and production flowing seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day machine operations to ensure efficiency
- Develop a deep understanding of all plant machinery and processes
- Identifyany issues and perform maintenance when necessary
- Collaborate with production team to ensure schedules and deadlines are being met
- Identifyand implement process improvements to increase productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skillsrequired
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
- $70,000 - $76,750/year
- Dependent upon experience
- Eligibility for performance bonuses
Schedule:
- Monday Friday, some weekends
- 7 AM - 6 PM
