Fast-Growing Litigation Firm Seeking Senior Attorney in West Palm Beach, FL

A fast-growing litigation firm is seeing a Senior Attorney with 7-10+ years of experience to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal person will have experience in civil litigation. Contract drafting and real estate experience would be a plus.

Offer:

Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000+, contingent on experience

High trial exposure and opportunity to grow with the firm

Preference for onsite presence in West Palm Beach, FL

Qualifications:

7-10+ years of civil litigation

Transactional (contract drafting) experience preferred

Real estate experience preferred

Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Florida Bar membership in good standing

Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a fast-paced, high-growth team

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of civil litigation and transactional matters

Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including hearings and trial

Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership

Deliver results for a rapidly growing client base

Provide timely communication and strategy updates to clients

Help shape the firm's litigation processes in its growth stage
