Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide services at a middle school located in Bradenton, FL, within the School District of Manatee County. This position supports approximately 60 students, including those in a self-contained/cluster program for Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD). The assignment offers a newly rebuilt facility with modern office spaces designed to enhance the clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to middle school-aged students.
- Manage a caseload of roughly 60 students, including those with complex communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Florida SLP license required.
- Candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome; no Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) considered at this time.
- Experience working with school-age children, preferably in a middle school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site full-time at the specified school location.

This role is a contracted position covering the current school year, scheduled to start as soon as possible through May 29, 2026.
