We are currently looking for a Part Time Condo Maintenance/Groundskeeping candidate to join our team. This employees will perform tasks as designated by the Managers and/or Maintenance Supervisor in the areas of grounds keeping, grounds pick up, and light maintenance. Work under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Abilities:

• Good interpersonal/communication skills
• Attention to details while performing tasks
• Physical ability to move and lift 50lbs
• Assist with painting and light maintenance

Skills:

• Possess basic knowledge of proper type & use of tools needed for routine maintenance tasks
• With minimal instruction operate safely & maintain:
• a gas-powered pressure washer
• a gas-powered vacuum/blower (back pack style)
• other motorized equipment as required with instruction
• Paint using brush &/or roller to produce a professional finished appearance
• Use cleaning & disinfectant products safely

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning common areas
• Perform/assist with painting projects
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with designated projects

Job Types: Part Time

Expected hours: 25 per week
