Physical Therapist – Full-Time (Direct Placement)
Location: Plant City, FL 33563 (In-Person)
Pay: $80,000–$95,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–7:00 PM (Full-time, exempt)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises and rehabilitation programs, and ensuring safe, effective care. This is a direct placement opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop treatment plans
- Guide, instruct, and assist patients in exercises, therapeutic activities, ADLs, balance training, transfers, ambulation, and return-to-sport/work programs
- Administer treatment modalities within the PT scope of practice
- Supervise and direct treatments performed by PTAs, technicians, and athletic trainers
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Document patient care accurately in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure a safe, clean clinical environment
- Follow infection-control standards and clinic safety procedures
- Support staff development and provide in-service training as needed
- Stay current on federal, state, and local regulations affecting PT practice
- Contribute to team goals and assist with related tasks as necessary
Required Education & Licensure
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Valid Florida Physical Therapy License (required)
- CPR/AED certification (required)
Experience
- 2+ years of physical therapy experience preferred
- 1+ year outpatient experience preferred

- McKenzie
- Graston
- Vestibular or other advanced specialty certifications
Work Environment
- Combination of office and clinical settings
- Exposure to communicable diseases, biohazards, and other clinical conditions
- Use of EMR systems and standard clinical equipment
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing and walking
- Regular bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and demonstrating exercises
- Occasional lifting/carrying of 5–30+ lbs
- Assisting patients with mobility, transfers, and equipment
- Ability to manage workload stress and multitasking demands
