Store Director

Eleventy is expanding across North America, and we’re looking for a Store Director who leads with confidence, warmth, and a genuine love for luxury apparel. This role is all about building a high-performing team, deepening client relationships, and bringing Eleventy’s modern Italian spirit to life every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop the full store team with a coaching-first mindset.
- Uphold Eleventy’s Four Pillars—Engagement, Hospitality, Expertise, and Quality—in every part of the store experience.
- Drive the store’s sales performance through smart planning, strong floor presence, and thoughtful client management.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through appointments, follow-up, outreach, and personalized service.
- Own daily business management: KPIs, sales goals, team productivity, and category performance.
- Partner closely with merchandising, visual, and retail operations to keep the store aligned with seasonal priorities.
- Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, brand expression, and product storytelling.
- Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, loss prevention, and opening/closing routines.
- Lead store events, local partnerships, and outreach to strengthen the store’s presence in the community.
- Provide clear feedback and insights to HQ on client needs, product performance, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury or premium retail.
- A strong communicator who leads with empathy, accountability, and presence.
- Proven ability to grow a business, coach teams, and build a client-first culture.
- Strong styling instincts and comfort representing both men’s and women’s collections.
- A genuine appreciation for Italian craftsmanship, fabric stories, and our house point of view.
- Ability to manage operations with precision while keeping the client experience at the center.
