At Redline Athletics Weston, we’re committed to providing athletes of all ages with a top-tier sports performance training experience. Our facility focuses on developing speed, strength, agility, and overall athleticism for both youth and adult athletes. Our mission is to improve athletes' physical performance, reduce injury risks, and help them achieve their goals both on and off the field.
What You’ll Do:

Train Athletes: Lead dynamic, engaging, and challenging group and individual training sessions focused on strength, speed, agility, mobility, and injury prevention.

Develop Programs: Design and implement age-appropriate training programs that push athletes to exceed their limits while keeping their safety a top priority.

Motivate and Inspire: Foster an environment that encourages growth, hard work, and teamwork.

Track Progress: Measure and monitor athletes’ progress and adapt training programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Create Impact: Work directly with athletes and their families to create personalized goals and performance milestones.
What We’re Looking For:

Passion for Sports & Fitness: A deep passion for helping athletes improve and succeed.

Experience in Coaching: At least 1-2 years of experience coaching youth athletes in a sports performance or fitness setting (or related fields).

Knowledge of Exercise Science: A strong understanding of functional movement, strength training, and athletic development.

Certified or Working Towards Certification: A B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, A certification in strength and conditioning (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACE) is required

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain techniques clearly and motivate athletes to push their limits.

Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and potential holidays, as our athletes’ schedules vary.
