Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified dedicated and compassionate ESE Teacher for an Intensive Behavior Intervention (IBI) classroom in Naples, FL for the 20252026 school year. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of students who need strong, consistent support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specially designed instruction to meet the unique needs of students in an IBI setting

• Implement behavior intervention strategies and individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and school teams to ensure student success

• Track and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment

• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and service providers

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Florida teaching license with ESE certification

• Experience working in behavior-focused or self-contained settings strongly preferred

• Strong classroom management and behavioral support skills
