Position Summary:
As a member of the Elevate leadership team, provides management and oversight of personnel, programs, and products for Audiology for all Elevate ENT Partners locations. Develops, implements, and evaluates marketing and business plans for the programs and products. Provides strong professional leadership to Physicians and Team Members in all facets of audiology service delivery to promote and enhance the mission of Elevate ENT Partners
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Audio service line.
- Drives Strategic Initiatives: Leads and implements transformative strategies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes within the audiology practice.
- Process Optimization: Analyzes current workflows and identifies opportunities for process improvement to streamline patient care and service delivery.
- Develops and maintains audiology team members, including recruiting, hiring, training evaluation and termination of professional and technical employees.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates business and marketing plans for audiology services and hearing aid sales.
- Assists in development of capital and operating budgets for audiology department.
- Monitors and approves all departmental expenditures.
- Develops and implements reporting process to evaluate clinical and sales performance.
- Maintains accurate records for sales reporting and marketing results. Utilizes sales reporting to maintain informational flow to Elevate audiology staff and COO.
- Participates in team development and coordination of facility expansion.
- Represents the department in all leadership team activities for strategic, operational, and budgetary planning.
- Coordinates and provides in-service and continuing education for professional audiology staff.
- Promotes and evaluates direct service delivery standards for diagnostic audiology services and hearing aid sales.
- Provides direct and indirect supervision of clinical activities for professional and technical staff.
- Routinely presents department performance to Audiology department , COO, and other senior leadership, as assigned.
- Travels to each office, as needed, to provide guidance and leadership to the site’s audiologists.
- Provides direct service delivery as needed.
- Upholds the code of conduct and compliance policies.
Supervisory Responsibility
This role has management responsibility for all Audiologists and Audiology Technicians throughout Elevate.

Required Education and Experience
- Required: Master's Degree or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited university
- Five (5) years of experience in a clinical environment
- Five (5) years of clinical management experience
- State licensure in audiology
- C.C.C. Audiology
