Commercial Plumber – Fort Myers Airport (Immediate Need)
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber with strong hands-on experience in all phases of commercial plumbing installation for an active project at the Fort Myers Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join a reputable and fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on installation of commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, waste, vent, storm, and specialized piping systems
- Install fixtures, equipment, and related components per plans, specifications, and code requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems as needed
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of all phases of commercial plumbing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid plumbing license or certification is a plus (not required)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Physical ability to meet job demands
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis
- Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying tools, materials, and equipment
- Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
