Now Hiring: Shop Forman - Lead Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a Shop Forman - Lead Diesel Mechanic to join and lead our team! You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various heavy trucks and trailer systems.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair heavy to mid-sized vehicles including trucks, trailers, buses, and other diesel-powered equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Specialize in diesel repair and general mechanical maintenance
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess and fix issues
• Conduct quality checks and inspections before releasing vehicles back to service

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
• Familiarity with shop equipment and diagnostic tools
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
