Job DescriptionPosition Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, Minor Electrical, and Drywall. Prior experience working in a high-rise condominium environment is highly preferred. This role supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining the property’s building systems, ensuring resident satisfaction, and upholding safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Engineer in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
  

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  

• Conduct minor repairs in painting, drywall, and other general building upkeep.
  

• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  

• Assist in overseeing vendor work and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
  

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of maintenance activities.
  

• Provide exceptional service and support to residents and staff.
  

Full-Time

Pay rate: $30-$32 DOE
