Established (30+ years) Employee-Owned Mechanical Contractor Seeking General Foreman (HVAC Hydronics) in Tampa, FL
An established, employee-owned Mechanical Contractor based in the Tampa region with over 30 years in practice is seeking a General Foreman (HVAC) to oversee a single-site project in the Greater Tampa area. This role will manage large-scale healthcare and hospitality projects in the $10M-$35M range, including new hospitals, medical office buildings, and medical labs. The position covers both retrofit and new construction, with a focus on chilled water systems rather than standard AC.
Offer:
Hourly pay of $40-$45 depending on experience

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a foreman or supervisor in mechanical contracting and HVAC hydronics
Experience on hospital, medical office, or lab projects preferred (no condo or apartment experience)
Strong understanding of chilled water and hydronic HVAC systems
Ability to manage crews on-site and ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise HVAC crews on assigned healthcare or hospitality projects
Coordinate daily site activities and ensure alignment with project schedules
Oversee chilled water and hydronic system installations
Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies on job sites
Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery
