Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to perform landscaping and site preparation tasks in line with project specifications. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply grass seed, fertilizer, hay mulch, sod, and erosion control materials per site plans.
Operate machinery such as tractors, mowers, forklifts, loaders, and line trimmers.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of materials used on-site.
Follow all MSHA and FPP safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to lift 50–70 lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, chemicals).
Willing to work flexible hours based on seasonal demands.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Florida Phosphate Card and MSHA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
