Primestones is a premier stone provider in South Florida. We have three locations: Miami, West Palm Beach, and Deerfield Beach. We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant for our Deerfield Beach location in a full-time position.

Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and people-oriented Front Desk Assistant to join our team. As the Front Desk Assistant, you will play an important part in the overall experience our customers have and the impression they have about our company. Here at Primestones we are a fast-growing company with strong growth potential.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Greeting and helping walk-in customers.
- Responsible for handling incoming email support requests, assisting with basic needs, and/or forwarding requests to Account Managers.
- Possibly walking clients through the showroom.
- Data entry and administrative work.
- Assist the General Manager with any additional tasks that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to communicate well and have a great social ability to interact with people.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Reader, and Google Chrome.
- Highly motivated, strong ability to multitask, and decision-making skills
- Great communication skills.
- Works well in a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Job Type: Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm availability is a MUST.
