Nightlife Coordinator – Palm Room

Overview
The Nightlife Coordinator is responsible for shaping and executing the nightlife experience in
Palm Room, Harbour Club’s entertainment destination. This role blends creative programming,
talent curation, and on-the-floor hosting, ensuring Palm Room remains vibrant, well-attended,
and impeccably managed each evening.
This position is offered as a 90-day trial, with the opportunity to grow into a longer-term role.
Key Responsibilities
Programming & Talent
o Curate and manage the Palm Room nightlife programming calendar
o Source, book, and manage DJ talent, ensuring alignment with the club’s brand and
member expectations
o Maintain strong relationships with DJs, agents, and industry partners
Room Hosting & Guest Experience
o Act as the primary host for Palm Room during nightlife and programming hours
o Welcome members and guests, manage the flow of the room, and ensure a warm,
energetic atmosphere
o Serve as a visible ambassador for the Palm Room experience
Table Sales & Attendance Growth
o Sell tables and manage table reservations in collaboration with the membership
and operations teams
o Proactively bring guests into the space, driving energy and attendance throughout
the night
o Build and maintain a strong network of guests, promoters, and partners to support
consistent turnout
o Mix and mingle within the a’Riva dining room and nightlife spaces, engaging
members and guests while representing the Harbour Club brand
o Work with like-minded brands on sponsorship opportunities
Operational Collaboration
o Work closely with membership, events, security, and F&B teams to ensure
seamless execution
o Support nightly run-of-show, timing, and talent coordination
o Provide post-event feedback and insights to refine future programming
Schedule
Wednesday – Saturday
Evening and late-night hours aligned with nightlife programming
Deliverables
Weekly nightlife and programming calendar
Curated guest list for each activation and event
