PrideStaff is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our client, a manufacturing company located in Palm Beach County, FL. Our client has been in business for over 60 years providing quality products. As a growing company, we are seeking talented individuals to join their team.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm (40 hours weekly)
Some of the duties of the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will include:
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment are working properly
- Inspect and test equipment to diagnose problems
- Repair and replace worn or broken parts
- Operate hand and power tools to complete repairs
- Work with engineers to evaluate equipment performance
- Maintain maintenance records
Some skills and qualifications of our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing machinery maintenance role preferred
- Ability to safely operate tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and document maintenance records accurately
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
