We’re looking for a sharp, outgoing, sales-minded professional to be the face of our gym during afternoon and early evening hours. This is a front-of-the-house role with real responsibility—not a “sit behind the desk and smile” job. If you’re comfortable talking to people, following up with leads, and selling value, you’ll do well here.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell gym memberships and personal/small-group training packages
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
• Proactively call and follow up with leads and prospects
• Give tours to prospective members and explain our services clearly
• Schedule and help set up fitness consultations
• Participate in sales calls and follow-up sequences
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk and gym
• Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups accurately
• Commit to continual learning around sales, fitness services, and systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with sales and phone outreach (this is not optional)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to learn systems quickly and follow processes
• Fitness or sales background is a plus, but not required
