We are looking for a friendly, dependable Store Associate to join our gas station/convenience store team in Sebring, Florida. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, keeps the store clean and organized, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Operate the cash register and handle all transactions accurately
Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise
Maintain a clean store environment, including counters, floors, restrooms, and fuel pump areas
Monitor pump area for safety and report issues as needed
Assist with store opening or closing procedures
Follow company policies and comply with state regulations
Check identification when selling age-restricted products
Prepare simple food or beverage items (if applicable)

Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
