Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and efficiency of our customers' vehicles. Must have some tools.
Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain optimal vehicle performance
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including tire rotations and pressure checks
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various automotive repairs
• Assist in diagnosing automotive issues and provide recommendations for repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Engage with customers to explain services performed and promote additional services when appropriate
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic diagnostics
• Familiarity with oil change procedures, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required during service tasks
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions and teamwork
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in automotive service
