We are a multi-state sales and service organization specializing in commercial and industrial power generation solutions. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a proactive and resourceful Assistant to the General Manager to support our Florida branch. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and upholding our commitment to superior sales and service standards.
As a strategic partner to the General Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring seamless execution across departments. This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Coordination:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing ongoing projects to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Team Oversight:
Assist in monitoring project and sales performance, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and productive work environment within the Miami branch.
• Administrative Leadership:
Facilitate the execution of installation projects across Sales and Service departments. Lead regular performance meetings to track progress and ensure departmental objectives are met.
• Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with the General Manager to address operational challenges promptly and effectively, maintaining continuity and minimizing disruptions.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Must have familiarity with general contracting practices in the project industry (preferred)
- Contracting and/or HVAC Industry background preferred
- • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical problem-solving skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- • High level of integrity and attention to detail
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred); Oracle NetSuite experience (strongly preferred)
- • Demonstrated proficiency in project management within the power generation sector
- • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- • Understanding of municipal permitting processes and project documentation
- • Industry-specific communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
