Fishback Dominick LLP is a dynamic and professional law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our team and support our growing practice.

Position Summary:
The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to closing. This role requires experience in Florida real estate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review purchase agreements, closing documents, and title commitments
  • Order and review title searches, surveys, and municipal lien searches
  • Coordinate and schedule real estate closings
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
  • Prepare closing statements, ALTA settlement statements, and disbursement schedules
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Assist with post-closing matters, including recording and file organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate paralegal experience, preferably in Florida
  • Knowledge of Florida real estate law and closing procedures
  • Experience with title software (e.g., Qualia) a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Notary Public (preferred)
