Job DescriptionSAYN is hiring an esthetician to join it's growing team! In the coming months, we will be opening our first retail store/spa in the heart of Coral Gables. We are looking to hire an experienced lead esthetician. Responsibilities include:
- Provide a range of esthetic services, which may include facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, and verify that staff follow proper sanitation and PPE practices.
- Keep up with industry trends, new techniques, and best practices.
- Train new hires and mentor junior estheticians on treatments, protocols, and customer service.
- Help define service offerings
Requirements:
- Active Florida estheticians license
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience
- Able to bring clientele
- Self-starter willing to go above and beyond for the success of a business
- Client forward and delivers an exceptional level of professionalism
