Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy position is available for a Staff Pharmacist to support an efficient concierge pharmacy operation delivering medications to patients with fast, same- or next-day service. This role is ideal for pharmacists experienced in retail settings, particularly in overseeing pharmacy operations with a focus on accuracy, patient care, and team leadership.

Schedule:
- Per Diem
- Shifts on Fridays: 2/6, 2/13, and 2/20
Responsibilities:
- Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including verifying prescriptions, counseling patients as needed, and managing medication dispensing.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with protocols and patient safety.
- Utilize Pioneer Rx software to manage patient records and prescriptions.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a primarily closed-door pharmacy, with some limited medication pick-up available.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida pharmacist license required.
- Experience in retail pharmacy settings, with the ability to manage pharmacy workflows and staff.
- Strong leadership skills to collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn Pioneer Rx software.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care and maintaining pharmacy compliance standards.
