Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site position located in Orlando, FL for a Land Trust Attorney for the state of Florida. As a Land Trust Attorney, you will be responsible for performing detailed and comprehensive reviews of title findings and related trust documents associated with Land Trusts under management of the Land Trust Company. You will analyze information, research relevant data, and interpret state guidelines to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A licensed Florida Attorney
- Strong understanding of Florida Real Estate Law and Land Trusts
