TRIPLE P THERAPIST - FULL TIME Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a compassionate and committed Triple P Therapist to join our team full-time. This role focuses on delivering the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) to families across Palm Beach County in their homes, in community-based settings, or virtually. Key Responsibilities:

As a Triple P Therapist, you'll provide individualized support to parents and caregivers using the Triple P model. Services are delivered in-home, community settings, and virtually depending on the needs of each family. You'll engage clients through evidence-based strategies to promote positive parenting practices. You'll maintain clear and timely documentation, participate in supervision for training and development, and build strong, trusting relationships with the families and communities you serve.

We're looking for someone with a Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or a related human services field. Degree from a U.S.-accredited institution is required. International degrees may be considered if evaluated as equivalent by a recognized accreditation You must have experience working therapeutically with adults, parents, and youth ages 0-12. Strong client engagement skills and comfort with home-based visits are essential. Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Haitian Creole are a plus.

What We Offer:

 Competitive salary $52,000-$53,500
