Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating
various fence installation projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position.
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Salary: $50,000/yr.+ (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday through Friday; 7:30am to 4:00pm (Hours may vary)
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables for the efficient execution of projects.

Act as a central point of communication for clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.

Monitor project progress throughout the entire lifecycle and address any issues that may arise.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate reports for accurate record-keeping.

Assist in budget management and cost-tracking activities for each project.

Process contracts and other project-related administrative documents.

Coordinate the procurement of necessary resources and materials using internal systems to ensure projects are ready for execution.

Collaborate with management and senior team members to ensure all information needed to process client files is complete and accurate.

Handle inbound calls and schedule various appointments for team members.
Project Coordinator Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative or operational role.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

A strong client-service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

A proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to the company's success and growth.

Proficiency in standard office software, especially spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Excel).

Experience with accounting or financial tracking software is preferred.

Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in project management software tools is highly desirable.
