As the brand steps into the sunny Floridian retail landscape, we are seeking best-in-class Sales Stylists to help bring our new West Palm Beach flagship to life for a long-term pop-up. The role

As a Store Sales Stylist, you will be one of the key faces of the flagship—responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, curating looks, driving sales, and maintaining a sophisticated, elevated environment on the floor. You will bring the brand to life through high-touch styling, thoughtful service, and a deep understanding of product and client needs.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, polished, and entrepreneurial retail professional with experience in luxury fashion and a passion for building meaningful client relationships.

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • A passionate retail professional with a strong interest in luxury fashion and world-class customer experiences.

  • Naturally warm, engaging, and confident, with the ability to build genuine rapport and long-term client relationships.

  • Commercially minded and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining an elevated, visually cohesive store environment.

  • Energized by fast-paced, high-touch environments and comfortable taking ownership on the sales floor.

Key requirements

  • 1–2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience, preferably in ready-to-wear or multi-brand boutiques (Required).

  • Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling, styling, and exceptional service.

  • Strong understanding of clienteling, customer service excellence, and basic retail operations (POS, inventory, cash handling).

  • Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus but not required; comfort learning new systems is essential.

  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays.

  • Existing clientele or a strong personal network within the West Palm Beach / South Florida area is highly advantageous.

What you’ll own

Customer & Client Experience

  • Deliver an elevated, intentional, high-touch experience for every client, from first greeting to final checkout.

  • Act as a trusted stylist—listening, advising, and building looks that reflect the client’s lifestyle, tastes, and wardrobe needs.

  • Build loyalty and repeat business through follow-up, outreach, and personalized clienteling.

Sales Performance

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR targets.

  • Proactively identify selling opportunities on the floor, including cross-selling and up-selling.

  • Support overall store performance by contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

  • Maintain impeccable standards of product presentation, sizing, and replenishment on the sales floor.

  • Ensure the store environment always reflects the brand’s aesthetic—polished, considered, and commercially minded.

  • Provide feedback on client preferences and selling trends to help inform merchandising decisions.

Operations & Team Support

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks including stock receiving, transfers, inventory counts, and fitting room management.

  • Follow all policies and procedures to support loss prevention, accurate transactions, and smooth store operations.

  • Collaborate closely with store leadership and teammates to deliver a cohesive, high-performing store environment.

Success metrics

  • Achievement of individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR goals.

  • High levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits.

  • Strong contribution to overall store sales and performance.

  • Consistent adherence to brand standards across service, presentation, and operations.
