What We Offer

• Base pay: $14/hour (effective Sept. 30, 2025 – Florida’s new minimum wage)

• Uncapped commission on sales (average earnings $600–$900+ per week, with potential to earn more)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and financing options

• Handle custom orders and explain services such as repairs and layaway

• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming

• Support promotional activities (social media posts, events, in-store promotions)

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience (jewelry experience is a plus)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must be flexible with schedule – holiday hours and weekends required

• Must be comfortable appearing in social media content (not camera shy)

• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
