Responsibilities

Communication: Promptly answer and return phone calls, follow up on voicemails, and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Estimates and Documentation: Prepare and submit warranty and estimates for all divisions, including costing materials and labor.

Photography: Take necessary pictures for all jobs.

Coordination: Review estimates with technicians and customers, write supplements promptly, and follow up for approval.

Reporting: Keep division managers informed about repair issues and concerns.
Work Experience (Preferred but not required)

Experience in parts management.
-
Previous role as a Sales or Service Advisor.
