Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)</li>
<li>Help with mobility and transfers</li>
<li>Medication reminders</li>
<li>Meal preparation and hydration</li>
<li>Companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Light documentation and reporting changes in condition </li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>HHA or CNA certification (required)</li>
<li>CPR &amp; First Aid (required)</li>
