Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom and luxury home construction, with a focus on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction activities and supervise on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, specifically with custom and luxury homes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
