We specialize in managing and transforming the telecommunications infrastructure for Senior Housing facilities, including Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes. Our mission is to support the staff who care for senior residents, ensuring they have the tools they need to provide excellent service. This is an in-office position—NO remote/hybrid work.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Telecommunications Project Coordinator Consultant. In this role, you will coordinate telecommunications projects for our valued clients, helping improve their infrastructure and services. Your job will be to act in the facility’s best interest as a time-based consultant, as we don’t sell or receive commission on any products or services. You will work in a bright, high-tech office equipped with motorized standing desks, and enjoy free food all day, including hot/cold breakfast, lunch, healthy snacks, and beverages. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telecommunications project coordination for clients in the senior housing industry.
  • Consult with facilities to evaluate their ongoing telephone line and internet circuit expenses, obtain carrier quotes and assist with implementation if upgrades or replacements are needed, and work closely with voice and data vendors to re-arrange phone and data devices for efficiency and safety.
  • Project Manage entire phone system transitions including premise to hosted, hosted to hosted, and new voice carriers for existing equipment, providing smart ideas to the facilities to improve their call routing and response.
  • Project Manage the implementation of E911 compliance to Kari's Law and the Ray Baum Act.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and detailed communications with clients.
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables, focusing on safety and efficiency.
  • Work within a supportive, collaborative team environment to achieve client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: Extensive knowledge of telephone systems and voice-PBX telephone services.
  • Strong skills in video conference presentations and PowerPoint creation, public-speaking experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and instant messaging
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a solid command of the English language, including proper grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to build strong relationships with facility leadership team
  • Strong compassion for senior resident safety and well-being
  • Detail-oriented with a thirst for learning and continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a niche environment
  • Be an efficient self-starter with excellent time management skills, understanding that your time is being charged to the facility

Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with half of an hour for unpaid lunch time.
