We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscaping to lead our landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring top-quality results, on-time delivery, and budget control. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical skills in landscaping and horticulture, who can manage teams effectively while maintaining excellent communication with both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew on-site.

• Oversee the execution of landscaping projects—from planning and design to installation and completion.

• Select appropriate plants, materials, and landscaping techniques tailored to each site.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental guidelines.

• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their vision and provide project updates.

• Train, guide, and support team members in proper landscaping practices and plant care.

• Perform routine site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.

• Manage budgets and keep project costs under control.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in landscaping supervision or a similar role.

• Strong background in horticulture, garden/landscape design, and green space maintenance.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between job sites.
