Required:
- 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 Years suggested minimum experience.
- Strong hold on work with admin experience and computer skills.
- Role is for in office, will be from 8-5pm Mon-Friday
- Possibility of occasional overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Participates in driving productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction for assigned customer(s) through the order life cycle.
- Partners with branch service teams to manage resources to meet contractual obligations.
- Provides accurate and prompt order management.
- Implements short and long range account plans to achieve management, financial, and customer objectives.
- Will answer phones,
- Schedule inspections with both our internal staff and customers and submit compliance documents.
