Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for building, assembling, and inspecting components or finished products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts, sub-assemblies, or finished products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
- Follow written instructions, blueprints, or schematics to ensure accuracy in assembly.
- Inspect parts and products for defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments to ensure proper fit and function.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
- Accurately record production data such as quantities, defects, and time.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
